Introduction to domain/project
Property Management Systems also known as PMS or Hotel Operating System (Hotel OS), under business terms may be used in real estate, manufacturing, logistics, intellectual property, government or hospitality accommodation management. They are computerized systems that facilitate the management of properties, personal property, equipment, including maintenance, legalities and personnel all through a single piece of software. They replaced old-fashioned, paper-based methods that tended to be both cumbersome and inefficient. They are often deployed as client/server configurations.
In this website admin who has all the rights to deal with customer and sellers. He can add or remove the property from the website.one legal advisor who has all the information about the property that property is legal or not.
Property management systems are used in local government authorities, since these authorities hold and manage large property estates ranging from schools, leisure centres, social housing and parks not to mention investment properties such as shops and industrial estates – even pubs. All of these are necessary income earners for a local authority, so the efficiency gained through an automated, computerized system is essential.

One of my relative was searching property to buy . so, he searched on this website reduced his time and money as well.
One my friend buy a property through a broker. The paid all the money to the broker but the broker was actually a fake person he took the money and ran away.
In this website there is legal advisor which guides which property is better and its advantage which helped my relative to buy the property in a time.
There was a person who living beside my home. He was new in city. He bought the property through a broker but property was under government. So, his money get wasted and he also get cheated.

MIND MAPPING CANVAS
A mind map is a visual representation of hierarchical information includes a central idea surrounded by the connected branches of associated topics.
Mind mapping is highly effective way of getting information in and out of your brain. Mind mapping is a creative and logical means of note taking and note making that latterly “maps out” your idea.

There are many places where we can improve. The following are the features that we are about to implement in near future.

These are various module we are about to implement in near future. We are also planning to provide itemization to our system and make it as freeware and put it at on to the web so that different country’s user can use this system.
If we find any problem in portal , we will try to solve it out and make portal efficient and user friendly.
