Speedy Cranberry Almond Cookies (Al ‘n’ Cran)
Ingredients: 1 ripe banana, 3 tbsp rolled oats, 1 tbsp. almond butter, 1/8 -1/4 tsp almond extract, 1 tbsp slivered almonds, and 2 tbsp dried cranberries.
Cooking Method: Preheat the oven to 375 F. Take a bowl and smash banana in it. Now add almond butter, oats and almond extract in the banana and stir well until all the ingredients are combined. Scoop out the mixture bout 2-1/2 tbsp and place on a plate or ramekin. Place the ramekins in oven for about 4 minutes.
